The Why
The question I get asked the most as a coach and hitting instructor is, "How do I become more confident?" After reflecting on my on journey as an athlete and my over 18 years of experience coaching young athletes, I have decided to dive into research, ask the right questions, and study those athletes who have confidence to answer the 'why' behind confidence. This training is the first step in finding your own Confidence. At the end of this phase, you will have a better understanding of what success looks like for You, what confidence looks like for YOU, and you will be challenged with goals to help you maintain your inner YOU.
