Individualized Plans

The mission of Hitting with Mac is to help athletes become stronger, more confident hitters while developing discipline, work ethic, and character that carries beyond the game of softball.

Each program is intentionally designed to provide athletes with refined, individualized training that supports their overall development. Through focused work in mobility, strength training, and core stability, athletes gain a deeper understanding of how each element contributes to their performance; helping them commit to the process of getting 1% better every day

The Why

Every athlete is unique: body type, strength levels, mobility, skillset, mindset, and even learning style all influence how they perform. A generic training program might overlook key areas an athlete needs to improve, or worse, reinforce poor mechanics. An individualized plan tailors training to an athlete’s current abilities, position, goals, and limitations. This approach helps target weaknesses, build on strengths, and develop consistent mechanics that are sustainable under game pressure.
